Family Law – Fixed Fee Packages
FIXED FEE ARRANGEMENTS
We are conscious that costs can be a worry at what is already a very stressful time.
To assist with this we offer several fixed fee packages –
- Free 20 minute consultation
An initial free of charge 20 minute consultation. At this meeting we can provide information to you in relation to your circumstances. However this meeting will be limited and we cannot offer legal advice. Should you require specific legal advice we would arrange a further consultation at a convenient time for you.
- Fixed fee one hour consultation
A member of our team will arrange an appointment with you for a face to face meeting. We will discuss your circumstances in depth and advise you fully on the best course of action and the law applicable to your situation. A VAT inclusive fee of £250 will apply for this meeting. Our Terms of Business would then apply should you choose to continue to instruct us. We can discuss costs in more detail and do our best to come to an arrangement which suits you and keeps costs to a minimum.
- Fixed fee packages for undefended divorce actions
We are happy to provide a fixed fee quotation for non contentious divorce actions. We will discuss your circumstances and provide a tailor made fee quote. This will give you the benefit of certainty of costs and there will be no hidden surprises at the conclusion of your case.
